The Knights of Columbus were interested in establishing a redundant, high capacity wireless connection between their Supreme Council building in downton New Haven, CT and their nearby Museum. They chose FastLinks to design, install and provide ongoing support of a dual GigE wireless system.

The distance between the sites was short enough (< ΒΌ mile) to go with a hybrid system (FSO + RF) which allowed FastLinkls to keep the hardware cost under $30,000.

The two disparte channels are bonded together at the network level and provide the K of C with 2Gbps of capacity while providing seemeless redundancy.
